Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Nedly, a discovery and assistance product operated by Mehmet Güzel. They describe what Nedly does today, what users are responsible for, and the limits of the service. Unresolved commercial and jurisdictional details are marked as not configured rather than invented.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nedly, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age configured for this installation before creating an account. The minimum age has not yet been set by the operator. Registration will reject accounts if a minimum age is configured and you do not meet it. Do not create an account if you are not legally able to enter a binding contract in your location.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

When you register, Nedly stores the versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted, together with the time of acceptance.

4. Description of Nedly

Nedly is a discovery and assistance tool. You submit a website. Nedly analyzes the public product information you provide, uses third-party web search providers to find publicly indexed pages and conversations that appear relevant, uses AI to estimate relevance, and prepares suggested replies. Nedly then links you to the original third-party platform.

A lead is not a guarantee that the person wants to buy, is currently looking for a product, will respond, that the information is current, that contacting the person is appropriate, that the person has consented to receive marketing, or that a message complies with every platform or community rule.

Relevance scores are estimates. Labels such as “Strong match” and “Good match” are product-generated relevance classifications. They are not factual statements about a person’s purchasing intent.

5. User Responsibilities

You decide whether to contact someone, what to say, whether to mention your product or include a link, whether the communication is legally permitted, whether platform and community rules permit it, and whether consent is required.

Nedly prepares suggestions. Nedly does not guarantee that a message complies with law or platform rules simply because Nedly generated it. You remain responsible for communications you choose to send.

6. Submitted Websites

You represent that you are authorized to submit the website and product information you provide, and that doing so does not infringe others’ rights or violate applicable law.

Nedly uses submitted websites to understand the product and generate search intent. Do not submit credentials, private dashboards, or content you are not allowed to share.

7. Public Web Information

Nedly may identify publicly indexed web pages and conversations that appear relevant to your product. Public availability does not mean privacy laws stop applying. Publicly available information is still handled according to applicable law, provider terms, and Nedly’s privacy commitments.

Nedly does not promise access to private messages, private accounts, or non-public information.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Nedly does not control Reddit, Google, Brave, Hacker News, Indie Hackers, LinkedIn, X, or other external services. Those services may change, restrict, or remove content at any time.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms and community rules. Using Nedly does not mean your outreach complies with Reddit or any other platform.

9. AI-Generated Content

Nedly uses AI to understand products, generate search intent, evaluate candidate relevance, explain matches, and prepare suggested replies. AI can be wrong. It may misunderstand a product, a conversation, intent, tone, or context.

AI does not guarantee that a person needs your product. Review generated output before you use it.

10. Suggested Replies

Suggested replies are drafts for your review. They may omit required disclosures, misstate your relationship to the product, or be unsuitable for the community.

Do not use a suggested reply to impersonate another person, fabricate product experience or relationships, pretend to be an independent customer when you are the founder or a team member, or make knowingly false claims.

11. User-Controlled Communications

The current service does not automatically send Reddit messages, post Reddit comments, send LinkedIn or X messages, contact leads, submit forms, create accounts on third-party platforms, or bypass platform restrictions.

A user must perform the final action on the external platform. Later features, if any, would be added only if separately consented and reviewed for compliance. These Terms describe current behavior, not a permanent technical limitation on every possible future product.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Nedly in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, including for spam, harassment, deception, fraud, platform abuse, or collection of private information. Intentionally using Nedly to violate Reddit or any other third-party service’s rules is prohibited.

13. Intellectual Property

Nedly, its software, design, and original content are owned by the operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Nedly to you.

Unless the operator obtains authorization, Nedly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially approved by Reddit or other third-party platforms merely because public results from those services may appear in Nedly. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Appearance of a platform name does not imply partnership.

14. User Content

You retain rights in the websites, product descriptions, notes, and other content you submit. You grant Nedly a limited license to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

15. Feedback

If you send ideas or feedback, Nedly may use them without obligation to you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

16. Third-Party Services

Nedly relies on independent providers for hosting, AI, search, and optionally email. Those providers have their own terms. Nedly is not responsible for third-party outages, ranking, indexing, or content changes.

17. Search Providers

Search-provider results are stored only when the applicable provider plan and terms permit storage. Purchasing API access does not automatically grant unlimited data-storage rights.

If persistent storage is not allowed, Nedly does not persist raw search-result payloads. It stores only application data it has determined it is permitted to retain, such as a canonical public URL and Nedly’s own analysis.

18. Service Availability

Nedly is provided on an “as available” basis. Discovery quality depends on public indexing, provider availability, and the information you submit. A discovery run may return many leads, few leads, or none.

19. Beta / Experimental Features

Some features may be labeled beta or experimental. They may change, break, or be withdrawn without the same stability expectations as the rest of the product.

20. Usage Limits

Nedly may apply configurable limits on discovery runs, search requests, AI generations, reply regenerations, and lead actions. Obvious abuse patterns may be rate-limited or flagged for review. Nedly will not automatically accuse a user of misconduct solely because a limit is reached.

21. Plans and Billing

Published prices are Free ($0), Pro ($25/month or $250/year), and Business ($65/month or $650/year). Paid access starts after a verified subscription. A 2-day trial is applied only when the paid plan is configured with that trial.

Paid plans include a subscription, a billing period, automatic renewal unless cancelled, applicable taxes, plan changes, and usage limits. Opening checkout or entering a card does not grant paid access. Entitlements change only after the billing provider confirms the required trial or payment state.

22. Cancellation

You may stop using Nedly and request account deletion from Settings → Privacy. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled from Settings → Billing when the billing provider is configured; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Existing products and leads are kept, and Free limits then apply.

23. Refunds

[Refund policy not configured]. Nedly does not state a “no refunds” rule unless that policy has been chosen and reviewed for applicable consumer law.

24. Suspension and Termination

Nedly may rate-limit, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for security, abuse, spam, fraud, legal compliance, platform abuse, or repeated Acceptable Use violations.

25. Disclaimers

Nedly is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nedly does not warrant that leads are buyers, that relevance estimates are correct, that suggested replies are lawful or effective, or that third-party content remains available.

Nedly does not guarantee a minimum number of leads and does not create fake or filler results. Nedly does not advertise guaranteed customers.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nedly and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from use of the service, outreach you choose to send, or third-party platform actions.

This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

27. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Nedly and its operators against claims arising from your content, your outreach, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of third-party platform rules, except to the extent a claim is caused by Nedly’s willful misconduct.

28. Changes to Service

Nedly may change or discontinue features. Material reductions that affect paying customers, if any exist, will be communicated through the product or configured contact channels when those channels are set.

29. Changes to Terms

Nedly may update these Terms. The version and effective date are recorded. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Trivial copy edits do not require re-acceptance.

30. Governing Law

[Governing law not configured]. Until this is configured, no specific country or state’s law is designated by these Terms.

31. Dispute Resolution

[Dispute-resolution process not configured]. Until this is configured, these Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause or a chosen venue.
