Prohibited uses
You may not use Nedly for spam; mass unsolicited messaging; harassment; stalking; threats; deception; impersonation; fraud; phishing; credential theft; malware; illegal activity; platform abuse; circumventing access controls; bypassing rate limits; evading bans; collecting private information; doxxing; selling sensitive personal data; discriminatory targeting where prohibited; automated account creation; coordinated manipulation; fake engagement; or astroturfing.
Third-party rules
You may not intentionally use Nedly to violate the rules of Reddit or any other third-party service. Nedly does not grant permission to ignore those rules.
No-spam product rules
The current product does not offer select-all-and-message, mass-send, automatic sequential DM campaigns, hidden background sending, automated follow-up campaigns, or message blasting. Each lead must be reviewed individually before you take an external action.
No circumvention
Nedly is not designed to bypass CAPTCHAs, evade bans, rotate accounts to evade restrictions, circumvent platform rate limits, hide automated behavior from platforms, steal session cookies, or reuse credentials without authorization. Do not attempt to use it that way.
Enforcement
Nedly may rate-limit, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for security, abuse, spam, fraud, legal compliance, platform abuse, or repeated violations. Sensitive admin enforcement actions are audit-logged.
