Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Nedly processes, why, and the choices available to users and to people who appear in public discovery results. It does not claim certifications, a DPO appointment, or a regulatory status that has not been established. Publicly available information is still personal data where the law treats it as such.

Who we are

Nedly is operated by Mehmet Güzel. Contact for privacy questions: support@nedlygo.com. Address: Bahçelievler Mah. Mehmet Akif Ersoy Caddesi No: 22, Kapaklı / Tekirdağ.

Information you provide

Account information such as name, email, and password hash when you create a password. Submitted domains and product information. Settings and appearance preferences. Saved leads and notes. Generated-reply drafts you keep. Support communications you send.

If you continue with Google, Nedly receives a Google account identifier, your email address, your name, and a profile image when Google provides them. Nedly uses this only to authenticate you and create or sign in to your Nedly account. Nedly does not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google product access.

Automatically collected information

Security and session records needed to keep you signed in and detect abuse. IP address, device, and browser data where collected by the server for security and diagnostics. Product usage events such as discovery runs and AI generations. Application error diagnostics.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (gtag) may record page views, approximate location as derived by Google, device and browser information, and a client identifier. This script does not load unless you accept analytics. Nedly does not load advertising or marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the current inventory.

Third-party and public information

When you run discovery, Nedly may process publicly indexed URLs, short snippets, public usernames where available, and public conversation metadata where permitted by the search provider and its plan.

Because information is public does not mean privacy laws do not apply. Nedly still applies data-minimization, suppression, and deletion commitments to this information.

Data minimization

For public leads, Nedly prefers a canonical public URL, platform, public display or username when legitimately available, title, a limited relevant excerpt where permitted, a discovery timestamp, relevance analysis, status, and user notes.

Nedly does not collect private messages, private accounts, email addresses discovered through enrichment, phone numbers, home addresses, or sensitive characteristics, unless a future feature has a separately reviewed lawful basis and clear product need.

Sensitive data

Nedly does not intentionally infer or classify leads based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, health conditions, political affiliation, trade union membership, or biometric identity for targeting. If incidental sensitive information appears in a public snippet, it is not turned into a targeting attribute.

Why information is processed

To create and secure accounts. To analyze submitted products. To discover publicly indexed conversations. To estimate relevance and prepare suggested replies. To enforce usage limits and Acceptable Use. To respond to support, privacy, and legal requests. To operate and improve the service.

Retention

Security logs: 90 days. AI usage logs: 90 days. Search usage logs: 90 days.

Lead data, notes, and generated replies are retained until you delete them or delete your account, subject to the suppression and legal-hold exceptions below.

Deleted-account grace period: 30 days, during which residual security records may be kept as needed to prevent abuse. Backup retention has not been configured. Residual copies may persist in operational backups for a limited period after deletion.

Nedly does not promise instantaneous deletion everywhere a copy may exist. Backups, security logs, and legal retention may require additional time.

Deletion

You may export or delete your account from Settings → Privacy. Deletion covers the account, products, saved leads, notes, generated replies, integration tokens, and sessions, according to the retention rules above.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Nedly does not claim a specific GDPR, CCPA, or other certification.

People who appear in discovery results may use the public data-request form to request access, correction, removal, or opt-out from future discovery where applicable.

Security

Nedly keeps API keys and secrets server-side, encrypts stored provider credentials, uses hashed passwords, scoped sessions, ownership checks, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

International processing

If you use Nedly from another country, information may be processed where the configured hosting, AI, or search providers operate. Specific transfer mechanisms are not claimed here because they have not been configured.

Children

You must meet the minimum age configured for this installation before creating an account. The minimum age has not yet been set by the operator. Registration will reject accounts if a minimum age is configured and you do not meet it. Do not create an account if you are not legally able to enter a binding contract in your location.

Changes

Material changes to this policy may require renewed acceptance. The current version is shown at the top of this page.
