Qualify a public conversation before you reply
A public post is not a lead because it shares your vocabulary. Qualify it in three passes: does it describe the problem you sell against, is there a reason to act, and can you answer without changing the subject to a pitch.

Pass 1: problem fit
Rewrite the post in one sentence that names the job. If that sentence could describe a different product you do not sell, skip it. NedlyGo’s relevance check is the same idea applied before the post reaches you.
Pass 2: a reason to act
Look for an ask, a switch, a deadline, or a broken current tool. Admiration, news, and hiring announcements fail this pass. Intent is the reason to act, kept separate from topic match so a loud keyword cannot sneak through.
- They asked what others use
- They named a tool they want to leave
- They described a cost in time or money
Pass 3: a reply that belongs
If the honest reply is only “we do that, book a demo”, do not send it. The conversation should still be useful if they never buy. NedlyGo can draft from the opportunity, and you should delete any line that ignores the constraint they wrote.
Questions
- Should I reply to every qualified opportunity?
- No. Qualification means it is worth a look. You still skip posts where you have nothing specific to add.
- Where does NedlyGo do this for me?
- During discovery. You still open the source and make the final call before you write.
