Intent
Intent-based lead generation
Intent-based lead generation starts from evidence that someone is in market. In NedlyGo, that evidence is a public conversation matched to your product, not a score bought from a data broker.
What counts as intent
Intent here means the person wrote something that shows a reason to look, switch, or buy. Asking for a recommendation, describing a broken workflow, or comparing alternatives is intent. Following a topic is not.
Relevance and intent stay separate
A post can mention your category and still be a joke, a news recap, or a job ad. NedlyGo scores relevance to the product and intent to act as different judgments. An opportunity has to clear both.
How to use the result
Treat each opportunity as a conversation to join, not a record to blast. The original wording tells you what to answer. A draft in NedlyGo is a starting point you can edit before you send anything.
Questions
- How does NedlyGo decide if someone is a potential customer?
- The conversation has to match the problem your website describes, and the wording has to show a reason to look, switch, or buy. Both conditions are required.
- Is this social listening?
- Only in the narrow sense that it reads public posts. It is aimed at customer intent for your offer, not at tracking every mention of your brand.
