NedlyGo and social listening tools
Social listening is built to watch mentions of a brand, a campaign, or a keyword list. NedlyGo is built to find people who need the product on your website, including people who have never mentioned you. This page does not rate vendors or quote their prices.
Mentions are not customers
A listening stream is valuable when you need to know what people say about you. Many of those mentions are support questions, jokes, or press. NedlyGo is narrower: it looks for buying intent against the offer, not for every time the brand appears.
People who do not know your name
The earliest customers often describe the problem without naming a vendor. A brand query never sees them. A search that starts from the product website can, if they posted in public and the post was indexed.
Choosing
Use listening when the job is brand coverage. Use NedlyGo when the job is finding conversations to reply to about the product you sell. Some teams will want both. This site does not claim one replaces the other.
| Social listening | NedlyGo | |
|---|---|---|

| Output | A stream of mentions to review | Opportunities that clear both relevance and intent |
