Replace cold lists with public intent
A cold list answers “who has this job title?”. Public intent answers “who described this problem today?”. For a SaaS that can be explained in a paragraph, the second question produces fewer names and better conversations.

A list has no occasion
The email on a list was not written because someone needed your product. Any pitch has to invent the occasion. That is why the first line is about you. A public post already contains the occasion. Use it.
Intent is a reason to act
Keep posts that show a look, a switch, or a buy. Drop news, hiring, and jokes that share a keyword. NedlyGo’s discovery is this filter, scored from the website, across indexed Reddit and, on Pro, X and LinkedIn.
You trade volume for context
You will not get thousands of rows. You will get posts you can answer. If the business only works at list volume, public discovery will feel small. If it works when a stranger replies, this is the better default.
