How to find your first 100 SaaS customers

The first 100 SaaS customers are a repetition problem. You find one kind of person, in one painful workflow, and you talk to them until the offer is obvious. A bigger list does not shorten that. It hides it.

Choose one workflow

Pick the workflow your site already explains best. If the homepage lists five audiences, the search will too. Cut the site down, or point NedlyGo at the hostname that describes the one product you want customers for.

Spend the first searches in public

Use Reddit on the Free plan until you can predict which posts qualify. Add X and LinkedIn with Pro when the same pain shows up there. Record which replies turned into conversations. That count matters more than how many posts you saw.

Do not buy the hundred

A contact list can show a hundred titles this afternoon. It cannot show which of them have the workflow. You will still need a reason to write. Public intent is that reason. It will not produce a hundred logos on a schedule, and anyone who promises that is guessing.

Repeat the reply that worked

When one reply earns a real response, save the phrasing of the post more than the phrasing of your pitch. The next customer will describe the same pain differently. NedlyGo’s later runs should follow that pain, not a frozen keyword.

Questions

How long does the first hundred take?
This article will not invent a timeline. It depends on whether people already discuss the problem in public and whether the product is ready to be tried.
Is Daily Lead Drop useful this early?
Only after a manual run has produced opportunities you would actually answer. It is a Pro option, off until you enable it, and each accepted run uses one credit.

See which conversations match your site

Enter your website on the homepage. NedlyGo keeps the domain until you confirm it in your workspace.
