How to find people who already need your product
People who already need your product leave evidence. They describe the job, the workaround, or the tool they want to leave. Your work is to find that evidence in public and ignore everyone who is only adjacent to the topic.

Write the offer in their words
Start with the website, not a slogan. Copy the sentence that says who it is for and what changes. Then list the phrases a buyer would use before they know your name: the workaround, the incumbent, and the failure.
If you cannot list those phrases, you are not ready to search. You are ready to edit the site until a stranger can tell what you sell.
Search the phrases, not the category
Category words such as “CRM”, “AI”, or “marketing” return an audience. Problem phrases return a person. Search Reddit, X, and LinkedIn for the workaround and the failure. NedlyGo does this from the website you submit, using indexed public pages rather than a connected social account.
Keep posts with a reason to act
Keep a post when it matches the problem and shows a reason to look, switch, or buy. Discard news, jokes, and job ads even when they use your keyword. The qualification guide is a three-pass version of this check you can do by hand.
Answer one post
Reply to the constraint they named. Mention the product only as the concrete answer. NedlyGo can hold the opportunity and draft a response, but the send stays on your account. A first customer is a conversation you finished, not a row you exported.
Questions
- What if the search is empty?
- Then those buyers are not discussing the problem in public, or the site does not describe it clearly. Both are useful findings. Change the offer or use a channel you already have.
- Do I need a paid plan to start?
- No. Free includes one domain and manual Reddit discovery. Pro adds X, LinkedIn, and discovery credits.
