How to find customers on X
X is a noisy place to hunt for customers, which is why most keyword searches fail. The posts that matter are short and specific: an ask, a complaint about a current tool, or a comparison. Everything else is topic traffic.

Collect asks, not impressions
Search for questions and replacements: “is there a”, “alternative to”, “how do you handle”. A popular post that only names the category is an impression. It does not tell you the person is in market.
Open the thread before you care
The first line can be a joke and the reply can be the real ask, or the reverse. Read far enough to see whether they want a product or an argument. Then decide. Speed without that read is how teams spam.
Let the product site filter the keyword
The same phrase means different products. NedlyGo runs X search on Pro only after reading your site, and it drops posts that are relevant to the topic but not to the offer. You still reply from your own X account. The product does not connect one.
