How NedlyGo tracks a lead
An opportunity in NedlyGo is a public post that matched your project. Tracking it means recording what you did next. The stages are discovered, contacted, replied, qualified, and customer. You set them. NedlyGo does not watch your inbox.

Discovered means it was kept
A new match starts as discovered. That is not a meeting and it is not a buyer. It means the post matched the site and showed some reason to look, switch, or buy. Open it before you treat the row as work.
Contacted and replied are your actions
Move a row to contacted after you reply. Move it to replied when they answer. NedlyGo cannot detect the comment or the direct message, because it is not connected to the network. The stage is only as honest as the update.
Customer is a status you choose
Qualified and customer are later stages for work that became real. Nothing in discovery promotes a post to customer on its own. Use the stage when you have the outcome, so the workspace is a record instead of a pile of links.
Questions
- Does NedlyGo know if they replied?
- No. You mark replied yourself. There is no inbox connection.
- Can I skip stages?
- The list is a sequence you can update as the conversation moves. Record the state you are actually in.
