How SaaS founders use Reddit to find customers

Reddit works for a SaaS founder when the product solves a job people already ask about. It fails when the founder treats a subreddit as a billboard. The useful unit is one question you can answer without breaking the rules.

Read the rules before the search

Some communities ban promotion entirely. Some allow a recommendation when someone asked. If you cannot reply honestly, do not collect the post. NedlyGo can show you the thread. It cannot make a banned pitch acceptable.

Answer the question that was asked

Name the constraint in their post. Mention the product only if it is the concrete answer, and say what it does not do. A link with no explanation gets removed. A paragraph that would help even if they never click is harder to dismiss.

Use one real account

Founders get in trouble by rotating accounts and repeating a script. Use your own account. NedlyGo never logs in for you. If you would not put your name on the reply, do not send it.

Questions

Does NedlyGo post to subreddits?
No. You post yourself, or you do not.
Is Reddit enough for a B2B SaaS?
Often for the first conversations. LinkedIn public posts are the Pro addition when the buyer talks there.
